How to Donate

TX CURE Inc, dba Citizens United for Rehabilitation of Errants – Texas Chapter, is a 501(a)-exempt organization, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and a 509(a)(1) public charity.

We keep a secure record of your donations so that we can return information to you for use in tax preparations, and for this reason, we request the minimum amount of information from you.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address, City, State, Zip Code
  • eMail address

You may provide additional information like phone numbers, associations, company name or non-sensitive data to us at your discretion. We will make no determinations from this additional information.

We do not choose to provide a direct link for a direct deposit into our account for donations. Instead, we ask you to make a pledge for the amount you wish to donate on our Contact-Us page. In turn we will send you a donation form by email to the email address you provide. There will be options available for you to choose the method of your payment of the pledge you made; more or less is okay. Installments are okay, too.

Please understand that we cannot accept donations in exchange for any ownership in our organization nor other privileges such as voting rights or amendments to our mission or purpose.
